We were in Nowy Tomysl for 1 day, had great stay, the hotel was clean with magnificent location right in the center. The staff was affable, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge.

Everything was nice from the stuff to the room, extremely comfy bed and modern room. The staff where affable and helpful too. The restaurant was perfect with good food here, I had freshly cooked dishes. An air conditioning, an iron, and an electronic key card were great. The whole experience was fantastic...

This place is in a quiet and perfect location, within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit; there is also a good restaurant with delicious food.

The hotel was very clean and recently renovated, with spotless rooms and comfortable beds. the staff was friendly and spoke good English, providing amazing service. Free parking was available and there was a supermarket next door. the restaurant had a nice selection of food and wine.

The rooms were incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. The staff were friendly, helpful, and had a can-do attitude. The food served at the hotel's restaurant was fantastic. Plus, the value for money was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

One minor issue was that we were given a disabled access room that we didn't need, which resulted in some water on the floor in the morning. the check-out process took longer than expected, and the button to call reception rang the Apple Watch left on the desk, causing a bit of confusion.

Incredible hotel experience at an unbeatable price! The free upgrade to spacious connecting rooms with modern bathrooms was mind-blowing. The breakfast was superb, and the staff was super friendly and spoke English fluently. Convenient free parking right outside. The hotel had a fresh, recently renovated look and was spotlessly clean. Amazing service, they even shipped my son's forgotten jacket. We'll definitely come back!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially when we arrived late and wanted a cold drink. They went out of their way to find a shop that was still open and brought back the drink for us.

The hygiene standards were extremely poor. We found worms in the cereal at breakfast, and there was someone's hair stuck on our breakfast table.
